GHETZLER EXPANDS OPERATIONS TO ACCOMMODATE CURRENT AND PENDING CONTRACTS

BUFFALO GROVE, ILL., -- MARCH 31, 2003 -- Ghetzler Aero-Power Corporation (GAPC), a Buffalo Grove, Illinois based aerospace company, has expanded its operations into a larger facility to accommodate current and pending contracts.

The company's new location is at 1405 Busch Parkway, Buffalo Grove, Ill., a 12,000 square foot facility that is more than three times larger than Ghetzler's previous location.

The new facility handles electronic systems production, manufacturing and final assembly for the Ghetzler Ram Air Turbine Generator. With the expanded headquarters, Ghetzler has enhanced the company's capability to produce precision-engineered aerospace components for government and private-sector customers.

Ghetzler has several versions of its Low-Drag - Ram Air Turbine Generator system now in development.
